Seller reviewPenny Belgarde went above and beyond what I was expecting from a Realtor when she helped me sell my house. She frequently kept me updated on how things were going and met with many differennt contractors on my behalf when I was unable to. She patiently explained every step of the process to me and made sure I was comfortable with all the decisions I made. Penny Belgarde made a process I was dreading incredibly easy and I can't recommend her enough.

Buyer reviewPenny listened and understood of our needs and wants. She took her time to drive 90 miles to show houses and sometimes we said no to those houses. She was patient and understanding on our first home buying process. She was helpfull on all questions we had and if she didn't know the answer she will investigate for us. My family really liked penny and also she would give us her point of view on things. That was one big thing I liked about penny she was ?% honestly with us.
