His knowledge and experience helped us not only during our purchase but after with referrals to getting work done on the properties we purchased. Also having Lynn working with him has been great. She is as committed as he is in helping us through the difficult process of our exchange. I wouldn't have wanted to work with anyone else during this process. Great people.

Buyer reviewIs everyone's experience with buying a house like ours? I doubt it. Purchasing our dream home after so many years was easy, smooth and, at times, fun. That is not to say there were not bumps and problems, but Paul Fuhrman took care of them, usually before we even knew they were a problem. Paul and his team are amazing. From writing the bid, inspecting the house, negotiating with the seller: All of this was handled professionally, with confidence, like someone who has been doing this for a very long time in the Santa Rosa area. Well, he has. If your looking to move to the area, you can do yourself no bigger favor than to contact Paul. We felt like he was our well informed specialist, advocate, partner, and in the end, friend. I met Paul and told him I have a dream of living in this house with my family. He began working that day and 45 days later, we turned the key to the front door. Paul was there, carrying a box of our stuff. Please ask Century 21 for my contact info, I will tell you myself.
