Seller reviewI cannot think of how the sale could have gone better. Patty understood the time-sensitive nature and worked to meet our deadline, with room to spare. Her sales-price estimate was well considered, taking into account, the complex and confusing zoning restrictions (historic district), comps, buyer market, etc. Patty patiently explained and guided us through the entire process. There was a particularly sensitive situation that she handled beautifully. She was professional and trustworthy. She went above and beyond my expectations.
