Seller reviewPatricia Ramirez and her team went out of their way to make the buying and selling process as smooth as possible. Patricia Ramirez and her team went out of her way to explain, explain and re-explain the processes, paperwork and contracts. Putting it in terms that were easy to understand. Additionally, Patricia Ramirez was easily accessible at different times of the day and evening always accessible even I the late night hours. Many of the forms, contracts and paperwork was handled via email and scanned back with necessary signatures. Patricia Ramirez's team would contact me via phone, email me the necessary documents and explain to me what I was signing and what it was for. Everything was handled professionally and rapidly. From my understanding Patricia Ramirez and her team encountered some challenges with the buyers of our old home, however they addressed all the rising concerns without stressing us in the process. They addressed any and all concerns and only involved us when absolutely necessary. In one word Patricia Ramirez and her team were AWESOME!!!!! They truly are ALLSTARS!!!!!
