Seller reviewPatricia sold out seasonal property and using her was the best decision. We were from out of state and communication was impeccable. We met one time and immediately felt comfortable with our decision to use Patricia as our agent. Our property might not have been the most valuable in the area, but we never felt that way. Patricia's plan to market the property with very nice photos and video worked very well and was professional looking. Undoubtedly her plan worked well, we immediately had interest and sold within a few days. Closing was another bright spot, two parties that were both from out of state were happy with the transaction, it went smoothly. We have sold three properties over the last five years after spending thirty years at one location. By far the best experience was using Century 21 and Patricia.

I got a bit stressed during the purchasing process, but she listened and gave me encouraging feedback. I'm happy with my new home and I will never forget that she made me feel she was in my corner and there for me in every aspect. I have recommended her to two people already.

She spent the time to educate me about the process, as well as help me throughout the whole time of sale. Once I put the property on sale, I had to move to a different town, even as I was away Patricia checked in on the property frequentely, letting me know of any maintanence issues, as well as getting anything fixed as needed. She worked very close with our family to show properties, answer our questions and to hear and understand our concerns.
