Seller reviewAs my house had been on the market previously for three months with another agency, I began to search and inquire about an agent who understood, conversed, and had excellent marketing skills to get the job done. After doing so, Nakia came highly recommeded as someone who met my expectations with what I felt was needed to sell a home of this nature. When she came to see the property and interview with me, I grasped a better connection with her compared to others. Nakia and I stayed in touch as the house expired off the market. We let it rest a moment while doing research, anaylsis, and making sure every "I" was dotted and "T" was crossed before listing. She was very very responsive which is HUGE for me, her level of marketing was extensive and progressive, and her diligence and drive to deliver cannot be ovelooked. The house was under contract in about 2 months and she navigated through any possible hiccup on both sides helping. Ultimaly, WE SOLD and she was exactly who we needed!!

Buyer reviewIn four words - Nakia . Is . The . Best! I had an eye on a house listed that was under contract, the day it came back on the market I reached out and luckily it was Nakia that answered. Within 24 hours we saw the home, made an offer and were under contract! As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions, and Nakia's knowledge of the industry, market and area that I purchased the home was paramount in a successful closing. Through negotiations I went to the closing without any out of pocket closing costs, and closed in 30 days. The whole experience was smooth, and communication was excellent.
