Seller reviewThe decision to sell our home was thrust upon us because of Hurricane Helene. We love our neighborhood and hated the idea of leaving. We rebuilt after the flood and decided financially it made sense to leave. We did tons of research on realtors in the area and decided we needed someone who cared about the neighborhood as much as we did and who had an excellent reputation as a realtor. We chose Missy because she came highly recommended, is part of our community, and was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She guided us through this difficult process with kindness, constant factual communication, and clear direction. She gave us choices in every step of the process diligently explaining every aspect. We sold in 72 hours because of her preparation and due diligence. I would not change one thing about this experience with her and am grateful to have worked with her .
