Considering that we currently live in the Maryland, she was able to communicate with us in timely fashion. She was able to provide us updates on the status of the house almost on a weekly basis. She was flexible in dealing with us considering we were out of the country during a two week period while we were negotiating with the buyer. Throughout the process she was very professional and responsive to our needs. I would highly recommend Mireya Ruiz to my friends and associates.
