Seller reviewOh my sold was a rental property Mike help me find a painter at a very reasonable price went to Home Depot and picked up the carpet and had a carpet installer install the carpet . Mike also found an extremely reasonable landscaper to remove a tree and trim the other trees on the property to satisfy the bank Mike is a very hard-working man. If you see Mike De Anna just saw your property I think that you will be very satisfied if you don't use Mike you're probably making a mistake. Thanks to Mike we negotiated a selling price of the third day on the market
