Personal Profile
I am a lifelong resident of Northwest Indiana born in Merrillville and raised in Crown Point. I am a second generation realtor. Growing up, my mother was a realtor and father a builder, real estate is in my blood! As a young child, I found a passion for homes while visiting home-sites with my father. There was always something about the smell of new homes that I loved. In 2009, at 18 years old, the state minimum requirement to apply for your license, I became a licensed realtor. I am now a perennial multi-million dollar producer who works relentlessly to give my clients the best service they deserve!
I have a beautiful wife, Mackenzie and three children, Layla, Lilliana & Luka. My free time is either spent with my family or rooting for my favorite Chicago sports team. If I'm not doing one of those, I enjoy reading various books on growth and success.

Buyer reviewMike Cacovski was very friendly and personable. My family really enjoyed working with him. Anytime we saw a house we wanted to see; he would show us in a timely manner and with a smile. He was very informative with information on the houses and what he didn't know at the time he found out for us. Mike is one great guy. I would recommend him and Century 21 to anyone I know looking for a house, and strongly urge family and friends to go through him.

I would highly recommend anyone to work with Mike. It was the smoothest closing I ever had. The closing was held at Century 21 Circle offices. Everyone was so nice and kind. Mary from the title company was super sweet too. Mike got us the fastest results I have ever seen. 4 hours to over asking offer. Closed in 9 days! Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I would recommend Mike to everyone that will listen.

He possessed a critical knowledge of the market our house was located in and was instrumental in listing the house for the proper dollar amount. Mike effectively used social media to market our property and was always easy to reach when he had questions, concerns or needs. When repairs were needed after the home inspection, Mike was readily available with the names of contractors that could be used. And when the appraiser failed to properly appraise our property, Mike stepped in and worked to correct the appraiser's mistakes and facilitate the closing of our property. We would certainly use Mr Cacovski's services again and will recommend him to our friends.
