Buyer reviewMike, was very knowledgable with the area we were looking to purchase a condo in. He knew both condominium sites and was able to give us the pros and cons for each site so we could make an informed decsion. He kept in touch with us thru the whole process which was good because we purchased a foreclosure that went thru auction. He walked us thru the steps and when we won the auction he walked us thru the process with the title company. He stayed informed with the title company and kept us in the loop throughout the process until all transactions were complete. He also provided us with detail in dealing with the Makaha Towers which was beneficial. If we decide to purchase another home in the Hawaii market we will be sure to use Mike and reccomend to other who are looking to purchase.

Buyer reviewI purchased a townhome in 2010 my thanks to Mike Bates my realtor. He's the one who found out the first person who made an offer had dropped out and quickly brought it to my attention and made an offer that was accepted. This is my second purchase working with Mike and as with the first purchase, I was the backup offer that got the purchase after the first person dropped out. Mike was quick to communicate to the selling realtor and drawing up the paper work to get the offer accepted. Mike is very professional. He immediately responds to calls, text messages and follows up with any questions or concerns that I have. You can be sure to have a sucessful purchase with Mike. Both purchases went without glitches. After 14 years he's, still reliable, honest and still doing a good job.
