Seller reviewMichelle Bonneau exceeded all of our expectations when selling our home. We sold our home while expecting our second child, as well as having a two-year-old. Michelle made what is a challenging and stressful process manageable. We cannot say enough good things about her. She was always available when we needed her and knew just how to work with us during the various emotional states sellers may go through during the process. She felt like part of our family and treated us like part of hers. The only downside to her selling our home is that we will not be able to continue working with such a professional. You will not regret choosing Michelle to represent you.

She advised us on things in the transaction we had not thought about and never let anything slide. I know in this market we would not have had a buyer without Michelle bringing someone forward. She knew it would be a perfect fit for each party. When we first listed the house we had chosen a bad time to sell. Michelle followed through on every part of her campaign however the market was saturated. Her hard work the first time around paid off now when she had buyers that wanted a house with our features. The transaction went smoothly due to her experience, approach and understanding of each of our needs. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone in the area considering listing their property. She knows the market, comes up with solutions for inevitable issues that arise, and was a pleasure to work with. This can be a stressful event and she made it easier. Our closing was a smooth process from start to finish. If we sell again, I will happily use Michelle Bonneau's services.
