The experience of working with him was just the same the second time around...EXCELLENT. Mike goes out of his way to create a positive selling experience and sets reasonable expectations around listing price, showing times, and market trends and set us up nicely for a seamless sale. We listed our house on Thursday and were under contract that Sunday as we had priced the home just right and got the exact offer we were hoping for. Fast forward a month and a half to the closing experience and it was just as painless. I highly recommend working with Mike Hoffman and will do so again when purchasing our next home.
