The best decision we made when selling our parents' home was to choose Meghan as our realtor. Meghan has years of experience and knows the market really well. Within hours of meeting us and looking at the home, she sent an analysis of the market, a suggested listing price, and an estimate as to what she thought the house would ultimately sell for. We followed her advice and she was 100% spot on as to all of it. Almost as importantly, she made the process seamless. She was extremely responsive, providing a full marketing calendar and plan, and communicating often as to status and next steps. She answered every question timely and respectfully (even the dumb ones) and provided us with guidance and advice based on her many years of experience. She offered resources and contacts for an estate sale and various repairs that needed to be done. On top of being fantastic at her job, she is also a wonderful person - genuine, warm, and funny. I can't recommend her enough.

Meghan Shigo is the absolute best at what she does. She is a realtor who actually cares about her clients and works extremely hard for the best outcome. We are so thankful to Meghan and her entire team. She worked relentlessly to get our townhome sold and to get our family into a new wonderful single family home. Team Shigo was professional, communicative, and thorough every step of the way. Our particular sale was troubling for matters out of Meghan's control, but she kept everyone in line and managed to close the deal.
