Personally I've know Matt for over 20 years. Up until recently I've never had the pleasure of working with him in terms of helping us with selling our home and purchasing a new one. I was already aware of the level of knowledge and professionalism he would deliver but he went ABOVE and BEYOND! My wife and I were interested in purchasing our first home. Since everything was new to us, this process was a bit intimidating at first. After meeting with a friend who asked me if I had a realtor yet, to which I told him I hadn't, he instantly reached out to Matt and introduced us. He told me, "you can trust him, he's great. He's been doing this for a long time." After meeting Matt, I knew we were in the right hands. He got to work right away, and in no time we were seeing homes and getting his opinions on where we should be looking. After a few open houses and a couple of private showings, he suggested our future home. There was an open house planned, he accompanied my wife on the first day as I had to work, and after her feedback I went to see it the next day. We knew this was a house to make a serious offer on. Matt was great, and really helped us make sure we made an offer that had a shot. This house had 17 offers after 2 days on the market. What were the odds that they would accept ours? When we got the news from Matt that they picked us? I think my wife and I were in shock. It really happened. In just a couple months we secured a new home. Our first home. It's incredible, and without Matt's help I truly don't think we could have done it so quickly and easily. I would recommend Matt to anyone who is seriously looking to buy or sell their home.
