She truly made me feel like I was her only client. At one point, after asking her a dozen questions that she ably answered, I thought to myself, do all realtors do this? They must not. But Maryann does. I don't remember a time I reached out to her and didn't hear back within minutes, because it never happened. I would highly recommend Maryann to anyone looking for an agent. She walked us through the entire process, and has even been assisting us after we closed. And all of this in one of the most volatile markets of our time. I'd do it with her all over again! 10/10!
