Buyer reviewEverything went so smoothly on her end. I contacted her on a Tuesday afternoon. Since I already had a home in mind, she got to work contacting the selling agent. An offer was made on Wednesday and was accepted on Friday. She communicated with the selling agent and loan officer to make my transactions quick and smooth. She contracted with trusted inspectors who did a great job. She also gave me several references for handimen, plumbers and electricians who I may need in the future. Marci made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. She helped move the process along so I would have a swift closing. Her office is in my neighborhood so she was able to give me good advice as I finalized my choice of homes.
