Seller reviewAs I said previously, Lynn did a great job for us. She explained what she intended to do in a thorough and concise manner, and when I interjected my thoughts and/or opinions, she listened, and thereafter responded in a thoughtful manner. After receiving multiple offers on our house, Lynn went over each of them with my wife and I. She also explained why she thought it would be imprudent to accept the highest offer, due to potential problems at a future date. All in all, Lynn did a great job, and we'd recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their residence.

She made calls to the other realtor and contractor to get completion of work done so papers could be signed and the sale completed.
