Seller reviewAlong with her already excellent service, Lynda Ploetz monitored the home inspection and the servicing of my septic tank. Septic service recommended longer screws in the cover. She obtained them and replaced them herself. I had to leave some large plants behind. She watered them to be sure they survived for the new owners. She wasn't just hoping for the best, she created it!
