That being said, commission was important to us and Liza and Century 21 Union Realty were able to meet our request to low the sales commission to match another offer. Dave and I couldn't be happier with our decision to have Liza represent us. We have other properties and have delt with several agent. Liza is by far the BEST agent we have!
