Seller reviewThe for sale sign went up on a Thursday. It went on line on Friday. Saturday we had two showings. Sunday we had an offer. From there everything moved quickly and we closed in about 30 days. Lestel kept in touch with us through out the process of working with the title company and the person who would be handling the closing.
