Seller reviewWe had an older house for sale. We had approached another realtor about selling it for us. They postponed for whatever reason. It was a very old house, therefore difficult to sell with normal means, so collectively we and Kim Passmore decided to look for an investor sale. That was accomplished. Kim did work swift and precise. The result was that we sold the house within weeks. Thank you Kim.
