With the Federal Government, Local Governments, and Military Bases all in the surrounding areas of Northern Virginia, it is not hard to see how corporate and government relocation are a huge part of real estate transactions. To be a part of the relocation program and assist clients from all over the world is very rewarding. I strive to provide my clients with exceptional service and find that most relocation clients are very loyal if they are happy with their services. I started in the real estate business in 1996 working for a local builder in their production department. In 2001 I received my real estate license. In 2005 I received my Real Estate Brokers license. I have been with Century 21 New Millennium since 2009.

Seller reviewIf I were asked to rate Kimberly's services on a scale of 1-10, where 10 is for excellence, I would rate her at 11 because she was able to sell our house in the middle of winter in two weeks, which is unexpected for a house in the countryside in Northern Virginia with a higher price tag. From the outset, Kimberly was trustworthy, professional, confident and very knowledgeable about the real estate market in Northern Virginia and she provided good advice on how to optimally remodel the property in order to get the best price for it and to sell quickly. She also went over and above what was expected of a realtor and helped to manage the remodeling project while keeping us constantly updated on issues and progress on the remodeling project, which was critical to us as we live overseas. She was also invaluable in putting us in touch with various contractors to enable us to complete the remodeling and final touch ups. We recommend her service without any reservations.

Seller reviewPrior to working with Kim on selling our house in Virginia we had worked with her on buying that same house 10 years earlier and selling the condo we were in previously. Both of those experiences were amazing which is why we recommended her to my brother-in-law when was buying a house, and my father-in-law when he was selling his home and buying a new one. Now that we are in Texas and looking to sell the home we just bought for something a bit larger I just wish we could bring her down here to work with us again.
