Seller reviewKim was always available to answer questions and reassure us throughout the entire process. The sale took longer than we had hoped but Kim kept us informed of the market conditions (listed at a slower selling time with holidays etc) and made sure we got a fair price rather than accepting lowball offers. Kim also provided a lot of insight with regard to inspection expectations and things to consider with repairs, improvements etc.
