Kim was amazing throughout the process of purchasing our home! She was always available to us for questions and meetings (leading up to and even after the sale), and had excellent communication between us and the seller as well. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, positive, and approachable, and she did everything she could to help ease a stressful situation when we were dealing with delays from our home sale's buyer that kept pushing back the purchase of our new home through Kim.
