Buyer reviewA friend of ours highly recommended Katie Riedeman when we began our house search in Ames. Katie lived up to that recommendation. She was patient, honest, resourceful and responsive during our house search process. We appreciated her dedication as we looked at several houses and experienced a purchase negotiation which did not pan out before finding the house that we purchased. Since we are planning to make this house a rental property and this experience will be our first time doing it, we appreciated Katie going the extra mile by answering our questions and making suggestions about the renting process including logistics, insurance, utilities and setting the rent. We highly recommend Katie and would definitely hire her again.
