Buyer reviewThere is never any consideration of another broker. Karen is top notch across the board. Sometimes it was as if Karen was doing the job for me AND for the sellers agent - she was reminding THEM of contract details and finding their errors I would follow her through the gates of hell. She is fiercely smart but also so warm and compassionate. You could not ask for a better disposition for an agent.
