Of course it helped that we had so many things in common..the main one both meeting our husbands at the roller rink. Thank you for sensing that our family was still deep in grief losing so many loved ones in such a short period of time and making things easier for us. You are the BEST. I have and will continue to recommend you to my closest friends and relatives without hesitation. I wish you the best of everything in life. Century 21 could not have hired a more competent and caring person. I would love to have you as a friend for life.

Buyer reviewThe main thing about purchasing a home is to have confidence in your realtor. This is the second time that June Cook has handled transactions for us. The first time, we actually did nothing and she carried the "whole ball" from beginning to end. This time was very similiar although we were more involved. She noticed things we did not and brought them to our attention. We could not be present for the Inspection and she was. She handled everything and we did not have to worry about a thing from finding a home to signing the papers at closing. I honestly don't know when June Cook slept because some mornings I would turn on the computer and there would be an e-mail that she had sent time wise almost in the middle of the night! She was ALWAYS ON TOP OF ANY SITUATION THAT AROSE and anything that we asked her to do (within reason) she did even though sometimes maybe she disagreed and pointed out why she disagreed. There was never a time that she was not available to us during this entire process.

She's quick to respond, helpful (as much as she is allowed to be) throughout the whole process starting from the initial offer through closing. She pays very close attention to detail and will assist and carry any buyer through closing. Would recommend (and already have) her to friends. I appreciate the assistance that she gave me through everything!
