Seller reviewI've bought/sold a lot of properties and so worked with quite a few real estate agents. Julia is hands down the best - she is much more than a real estate agent. I used Julie to help me on 3 transactions (buy and sell) in the last 12 months. Each time, she focused on getting the best deal for me in the shortest amount of time, along with navigating unique situations. She's great at coming up with creative solutions without jeopardizing the transaction. I'll continue to use her on future sales and purchases. I also connected my daughter with Julia - she helped my daughter purchase her first home. She was extremely patient and taught my daughter a lot more than how to navigate purchasing a home.

We are out of state and she made every step of the process so easy and always had excellent advice for us. I would recommend her to anyone needing an agent in FL. I cannot say enough good things about her. She was always available for any questions and if she didn't have the answer always got the answer in a timely manner. Her negotiations with prospective buyers were impeccable. Again, she would go above and beyond to facilitate a sale.
