I've been a resident of San Diego for 32+ years (after relocating from the Midwest) and have raised my family here. Seller reviewWe were in a fast turnaround job relocation situation, and we wanted to sell our home which was over 30 years old, and in need of a number of repairs. We were exhausted and overwhelmed with the process of selling our house, but Judy calmed our fears and took great care of us. Judy is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market, a creative problem solver, a diplomatic communicator, and a savvy negotiator. Also, with all the back and forth of papers to sign, and questions and discussions that come with selling a home, she was always respectful and responded to our concerns in a timely manner.
