Experienced, courteous, friendly, and accommodating. Most importantly, he educated me on many things I didn't know about, was transparent, and his communication throughout the entire 6 month process of working together was clear and immediate. JC gave us many options and was quick to inquire, accommodate, and negotiate on our behalf. His knowledge of industry helped me learn valuable information ahead of time that helped me avoid major headaches and problems in the future. He offered many suggestions and options which helped me and my fiancée finally find the home of our dreams, in a community we didn't even know existed. JC was also very patient, while I experienced a sudden financial impact due to COVID and had to pause our search for over a month. He never pushed me to risk or gave me false hope, instead he was mindful of my situation and advised to be safe and contact him when I was again ready. Once I was back on my feet, JC immediately got back to work and resumed his premier service. It didn't matter what day/time of week or weekend, he was always a available to us. I must add he is also very mindful and considerate of the pandemic, and is precautious in following safety protocols, and carries PPE for his clients. JC is a true seasoned professional who always goes above and beyond to deliver excellent service. JC offered many suggestions and educated me in all the pros and cons. I first felt his negotiation needed a little work because we didn't hear back from various offers, but I later learned when I became a seller, that the demand was like never before and offers were fast, and way above market, which JC did inform me of but I wasn't ready to listen.
