I can not recommend Joey enough. Other real estate agents will show you houses while Joey is able to explain the bones of the house. Joey has a VAST knowledge in construction which is so helpful when you are purchasing a home. He taught me what to look for and examined each home with a fine tooth comb. He is patient, encouraging, and reliable. Joey was always on time and attentive to all my questions. He never pressured me into any descions and made sure I found the perfect home for me.
