Seller reviewWhen I met Jorge I had pretty much given up hope on selling my duplex. I had previously listed with two different agents that were very powerful and they did not get the job done. After all, very few people want to buy an income property with low paying tenants in the city of LA. Jorge asked me for the opportunity so I said yes. It was different with him. He was invested in my journey. He explained in detail the buyer that it was going to take for me to sell the property the property and explained exactly what it would take for that to happen. It didn't happen right away but exactly what he said is how things happened. The property served its purpose and I wasn't making the type of profit that I wanted so I was happy to sell it, make my profit and move on. Jorge's communication, efforts and plan were top of the line.

Seller reviewJorge was the second agent I worked with. The first agent did not sell the property. We were in escrow 3 times due to buyers not being able to qualify but Jorge got it done. My previous agent said that the price I wanted was never going to be a number that buyers would pay. I was able to get my number 100% because of Jorge. Low paying tenants are always a problem but Jorge got her to cooperate. Jorge is very professional and I know that he held back his true opinions to be respectful of me and what I wanted to do. I recommend him 100%. He's a strong, knowledgeable and professional person. Thank you

Seller reviewMy husband and I enjoyed the work Jorge did for us to sell our home. We had a previous experience that almost made us rent the home but we allowed 2 out of the many agents that called us to come and meet with us. Both very strong and qualified. What made the difference was that the first agent told us that he was the #1 agent in the area and when we asked Jorge, Jorge's response got me. His exact words were "I am not #1 in anything. I never have been and probably never will be #1. But I work hard and because of your prior experience I owe it to you to be honest about your expectations." Even in his response he made it about us and not him. He kept us updated on everything. Explained things multiple times for us and satisfied every single expectation that we set. He helped us connect with an agent out of state and because of that introduction we achieved our second goal. All within 60 days. We are so happy! Thank you!

Seller reviewI was a typical seller that wanted an unrealistic price for my home and wasn't going to pay a "normal" commission for the sale of my Home. I had many agents calling me but something about the way Jorge spoke and the queations that he asked stood out. He was supportive of my unrealistic expectations even though I could tell he didn't agree. After 3 months, he ended up being 100% correct with everything. Now I wish I would have listened to him. But I'm grateful for his patience and his professionalism. He's 100% trustworthy and I recommend him to anyone wanting an honest and professional realtor.
