It is a craft John Heinz has in dealing with people that can and quite frankly are difficult. HOA people seem to a "pill" in how they express themselves and become unprofessional. It was a relief to be done with HOA. I was looking for a new realtor because the previous one was not available did not put my home in the market that no one was interested and then decided during the buisy holidays to take my place out of the market, it just was not working.
