Seller reviewI met Mr. Jernigan in 2018 when I purchased my retirement home here in Tennessee, he almost instantly makes you feel as though you've known him for years, he was a joy to work with. A few years later I called on him when the opportunity to purchase another property came up, and now for this sale of a previously owned property. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell property here in Tennessee.

He was able to arrange a meeting with a builder who could build our dream house on our property at a price we could afford. The contractor is also a very kind man and easy to work with. The house is finished and it is beautiful and well built. Our property had a few problems before building could start. Jimmy took care of them all very professionally. Without Jimmy's help we probably would never have had our house built on our property. Jimmy came into our lives just at the right time to help us with building our dream home.
