Buyer reviewOur experience with Jim Wolfe was oustanding. The right opportunity for us to move happened much faster than we expected. Jim guided us throught the process of getting the home we wanted, which required a smart strategy as many other people were making offers as well. At the same time he made sure we had an excellent strategy to sell our exisiting home quickly and at a price well above our listing.

When I became in charge of selling this property, I knew I wanted to use him. He is so knowledgable and professional. He is a great and realistic advisor. He always had good advice, was open to suggestions, and considering alternatives. He communicated well and often and answered all of my questions. He sent a lot of written information that I could share with the other beneficiaries as the property was in trust. We were also not onsight and he was more than willing to go to the property to answer questions or prepare things for showing.

Jim got back to me in a timely manor and worked around my time frame. I was on vacation for part of the time, so he may have had to wait to contact me. But it all worked out.
