I have dealt with other real estate agents before....and in general, always had an ok experience. Jessica Farr was different. I was needing to help my mom sell a property, in which I would be the main contact for and live 2 hrs away from Athens. Jessica Farr always made herself available at anytime of day. She was extremely responsive and also knowledgeable about setting my expectations on my property. She truely went above and beyond with the sell of this property as it had many offers that for one reason or another would fall through. I would get discouraged and she would simply get back to work to get another offer! Above and beyond is an understatement after this property got under contract but the sale would not have happened without her helping arrange and working with contractors to make the final repairs to what the inspector identified. She knew my situation and simply said "let me handle it". I'd recommend Jessica Farr to anyone needing to buy/sell a home! Simply put-she was excellent!
