Staff was friendly and welcoming. Really made you feel like thwy were on your team in house buying. Jerry worked with us through a record sellers market, he always had new ideas and angles to helps win a bid as every house we made an offer on was multiple offer. He was always available and on time. His communication was excellent, he was patient even when we were being difficult. His insight and advice was beyond valuable. Jerry had more experience and more positive reviews than any other 2 agents combined. After meeting with him face to face i was convinced. From the first meeting. He is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects associated with the home and the sale. Our home had a septic system and Jerry was tremendous resource for us in explaining both the operation of the system and connecting us with both a vendor and dept of health to complete a requested upgrade. He provided excellent feedback on showings. We also had to divide our lot and he took care of EVERYTHING. I highly recommend Jerry and CenturyTwentyone.
