For BUYERS, I am listening to your wants/needs and will be patient with you while searching for the perfect home to fit your lifestyle. Once the home is identified, I will spend time going over the market comps so that you make an educated offer. Then I have a team of experts to address inspections and I will make it a smooth process for you every step of the way.

Lines of communication were open throughout the entire process, start to finish. She was very available and always returned a call or text in a very timely manner. A delight to work with! She was our on line coach, explaining and encouraging us in each step (how and what to fix up, appliances, plumbing, electrical, yard work, painting) and how very doable this was! Jennifer is a visionary of what a house can become, its potential...and it flowed just as she explained it to us.
