Jeanne did such a great job listening to our needs and wants for our first home. She was very knowledgeable about the areas we were looking to purchase and was very helpful along the way.

She did a fantastic job of helping me during a critical time (something completely unexpected) and she is very thoughful in her approach in dealing with difficult and stressful situations. Jeanne has an amazing way of calming down potentially inflammatory circumstances and that truly sets her apart from others. Jeanne Morton is very good at listening carefully to both sides of an agreement between buyers and sellers. She gathers facts, states her opinions succinctly and is very knowledgeable about what to do to ensure a fair sale. Her integrity is impeccable and willingness to go above and beyond astounding. She helped me move things in a bind and helped purchase things that she did not have to purchase. What could have been a very easy sale, with more than 6 offers during the process in less than a few days, two deals that fell through and then an unexpected flood issue to resolve, Jeanne held firm and fought through all difficulties. If she is not given an award for the sale of this home, then NO ONE should receive an award. It was a grueling but worthwhile process that honored everyone in the end. What a delightful experience we had selling out house with Jeanne Morton! Her expertise in helping us prepare our older house for its sale was invaluable and here enthusiasm and positive attitude was a great encouragement.
