Jay made our very stressful house buying experience so much easier. He was always willing to pick up the phone and explain the bank terms we did not understand. The lender we chose was very complicated and messy and yet somehow Jay made the process so much more enjoyable. Being pregnant and buying a house, or just buying without the added stress of pregnancy, I would recommend Jay to anyone and everyone. He always made the time to make himself available to help relieve our stress and worries. Now my child can grow up in a nice house instead of a rental. Jay is such a wonderful person and I will be happy to recommend him all the time!!! His professionalism is top tier along with his great personality, and lots of jokes!
