Buyer reviewJared found us the perfect house, we looked at only two other houses and he knew it was the one for us. Seller reviewWe had received several recommendations for realtors from friends - but we hadn't had time to meet with these realtors or evaluate them. Jared Van Cleave had recently sold the houses of other friends - and they had good experiences and recommended him to us - and had also given him our name. Soon after Jared came to introduce himself to us when we were having coffee with these friends. He also followed up to inform us he had a young couple who he thought would be interested in our house - so it was very easy for us just to work with him. He was very pleasant and cooperative to work with - and of course - it was very nice for us that he had just the right client for our house !! So we would be happy to recommend Jared to other sellers - and know he would do all he could to make their home selling experience as simple as possible for them. And best of all - he explains - and handles - all that paperwork for the seller !

He was able to convey to us valuable information regarding the market and how he arrived at the dollar amount he thought our house was worth in a manner that was easily understood. He was also able to convey to us the step by step process of selling our house and the time frame of events. He and his office effectively communicated to us frequently the status of our paperwork and what we needed to do when. Jared always answered our questions promptly and sought out resolutions and answers with a quick turnaround. Jared's ability to assess a house and match it to the right buyer is outstanding! He is definitely in the right career as he is able to use all his gifts to serve others with integrity.
