Born and raised in beautiful Coeur d'Alene, I pride myself on my vast knowledge of the area. I have been a top producing agent in Coeur d'Alene for over 16 years and have had the opportunity to meet many of the area's top business professionals and develop a proven system for both buyers and sellers. I am a Certified Residential Specialist and stay involved with our industry's leadership as the past president of the CDA MLS board of directors, and as the current treasurer and incoming President Elect for the Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors board of directors. Buyer reviewI had Jared McFarland list my home for sale and help me purchase a home. He went above and beyond with both the sale of my home and the purchase of my new home. He was always there when I needed him even when I was being that needy client. He even helped me with some things that I wouldn't think a real estate agent would, like helping me shovel snow from my walkway for showings of my home I was selling. He works hard for you whether that's selling or buying a home. I will be using Jared again.
