I felt comfortable with him from the very beginning and signed up for him to handle both transactions. I can't say enough about how responsive and knowledgeable he has been throughout what was all new territory for me, since I had lived in my house for a very long time. I must have asked him a million questions during this process, and he patiently explained it all and offered suggestions and ideas that I couldn't have come up with on my own. He helped with getting my house ready to sell, and patiently showed me properties to buy, helping me to really see the pros and cons of each. In the end, I got a great price for my house and found the absolutely perfect place to buy. Jim's friendliness and sense of humor often helped ease what could have been a much more stressful time. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do, I'm calling Jim first!
