A lifelong resident of Southwest Louisiana and a mother of two grown children and a son-in-law I have been licensed to conduct real estate since 2005. I love what I do and my strengths lie in my ability to manage, multi-task, pick up on details, and be accessible to my customers and clients. As a sellers agent I am particularly skilled at pricing and have a knack for design and staging. As a buyers agent my strengths are in being quick to locate properties before we miss them and negotiate well so purchases are not compromised or jeopardized. Buyer reviewNot only is selling your dream home and buying a new one a lot of moving parts but it is an emotionally charged and stressful life event. You need someone by your side that knows the biz but also knows and understands you. It takes a very special person to deal with my constant questions, list of demands, and my lack of patience. Jade was IT for me! She checked all those boxes and then some. Most importantly though....she was ALWAYS available for ME. ...so much so that it get like I was her only client.

Buyer reviewJade took the time to understand our needs, and to help shape how we looked at houses. Each time we would go in to a house, we would spend time talking about what the house offered, what it didn't have and helped us to refine what we were looking for. Through the process we were able to come together on a set of requirements to include not just the overall size of the house, but the way the house was laid out, the price and the location. As a result we found a great house, at a great price that meet allof our needs and exceeds many of them. Once the property was determined, Jade was very involved in getting us to close, helping us to work through several issues with the inspections, getting through the offer process and in working through the title company to get to closing

Buyer reviewShe is the BEST. It was so nice to get to know her. She's very friendly and asks good questions about what the buyer is looking for in a home. She even shares some great information about owning a home to first time home buyers. I am going to miss her ! She always had a smile on her face and made my husband and I laugh. She is the type of woman you would want to have as a realtor! Once again she is THE BEST !!!

Buying a home can be a very scary experience. But with Jade she made sure that we understood every aspect and gave us the information we needed to be able to make an informed decision. She did not try to sway us in either direction but just provided the facts we needed to make our own decision. She was always there to answer questions in a quick and concise manner. Her love of serving her clients is evident in even the smallest of details and she is always willing to go the extra mile to work toward her clients' goals.
