Helping buyers and sellers make wise Real Estate decisions for over 21 years. I love my job. It doesn't matter if I'm helping a seller negotiate their best price or helping a first time homebuyer purchase their first home, I always do my best. I will listen to wants and needs and do my best not to waste anyone's time. I have negotiated hundreds of properties from single family homes to investment properties, new builds, land and even some commercial properties over the years. I believe in always upping my game with taking extra educational classes. I have obtained my GRI (Graduate of the Realtor's Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and SFRS (Short Sale Specialist) certifications. In my spare time I love to camp with my husband, children and grandchildren. I also volunteer at Kidzworks at Central Christian Church. I'm active with the Rock Green Realtors Association and served the board as President in 2016-2017. It would be my honor to help you!

Buyer reviewWhen looking for a realtor I asked my parents and they recommended Heidi who had helped them find their home 10+ years ago. She is great at communicating with her clients, I would reach out about houses going up on the market in the afternoon and she was able to get us to see them that evening. Heidi was very knowledgeable about the houses I asked to see and was prompt in drawing up the offers that I submitted. I would highly recommend Heidi to anyone looking for a realtor; she is a pleasure to work with and keeps her client's needs and wants in mind when she's showing a property.

I was a motivated seller and Heidi talked me through getting the house ready for sale in a timely manner. Heidi's solid reputation in the area was a major factor in acquiring about her. Once I met her, I knew she was the best broker for me. She provided me with 5 star service and made something that could be scary, like selling a home, very very easy.
