Seller reviewWant to acknowledge the work down by Hamid on selling my mother and father's house in Dearborn. First contacted Mr. Ali back in the summer of 2016. Was planning on selling the house my dad owned at the time of his passing in 2011. Due to the economic conditions at the time I decided to keep it and rent it out. The plan was to try and sell it in 2017. The tenant who had lived there over ten years asked if they could stay until 2018 until their son graduated from Fordson High School. Mr. Ali stayed in touch with me as requested and even offered to provide any help should I need it. When we finely listed in April of this year the house sold within 3-4 weeks slightly above the asking price. There were some problems with the deed and problems with the buyers original mortgage company. Mr. Ali was very responsive in helping to get this closed. He was especially helpful in going above and beyond on taking care of things since I live in Florida. I want to thank him for all of his help and you can feel very reassured that choosing him as your realtor will be a very positive decision
