Seller reviewAs there were 3 owners of the property which was sold, residing in 3 different states amid quarrantines and lock downs for the COVID pandemic, we had to "interview" prospective brokers by telephone on more than one occasion. Ms. Owens was always prompt and prepared for our conference calls, entirely professional, courteous and knowledgable and was willing to answer all of our numerous questions without rushing us for a premature decision. This combination of factors enabled us to have confidence in our final selection of broker. The property we were selling was the last home of our late mother, and thus, the process was an emotional journey for our family. Ms. Owens was extremely sensitive to our situation, and even pointed out that we had overlooked taking the lovely, period lighting original to the home our mother had so loved. This small example of her caring and understanding really spoke volumes about her, and we felt we were in good hands from start to finish. Miss Owens delivered a flawless performance, and provided exemplary customer service. She deserves our highest recommendations.
