Seller reviewFreda was extremely helpful and in making various suggestions to promote the sale of my house, such as she proposed that I replace the old carpet in the living/dining/ room/den/master bedroom with laminate flooring. She went out of her way to pick up the flooring sample and faxed the samples to me. Since I was not able to travel to Upland, I decided that she should choose the laminate color. In addition to all this, she also met with Home Depot personnel for measurement and met the installers for the removal of the old carpet and installation of the laminate flooring.. Her choice of the make and color of the laminate was so perfect that lit ighten up and made the house look worth the price it was sold for. Besides that, Freda with her husband's help make a new key for my motor cyle., so I could donate the motor cycle to the childrens cancer society. If she did not take this initiative, I would have never been able to move the motor cycle from the garage of my house before the closing of the escrow. Besides that she also found through her much hard work, cleaners and repairer for my house. All in all it is due to Fredas good effort my house was sold in such a short time. My late brot,her who knew Freda for almost 20 years always highly talked of Freda and that is ;how I met Freda. I will use her and your company;s service again and I will recommend her to my other friends in your area. Freda is the best and most helpful dedicated agent in all aspects that I have ever met.
