As a first time home buyer I cannot speak highly enough of Frank! Frank was incredibly helpful, always there when I needed him even if it was a quick text message or a phone call he was always available to me. He listened to what I needed, he knew my non-negotiables and my preferences, he was very honest with me about the houses we would see and give me his recommendations of the areas. Frank was not here to make a sale, he was here to help me find my first home and that is invaluable. He was patient with me as I had very limited availability to see homes and would always keep me updated in the escrow process and guided me through it. I couldn't recommend him enough! Always dressed to impress showed up with a smile and always made an effort to get to know my family and check in on them, He is the epitome of a great realtor: kind, patient, friendly, funny, personable, professional, supportive, humble, and knowledgeable. Our goal of purchasing our first home has been achieved and it's all thanks to the hard work and dedication of our agent Frank Martinez of Century 21 Prime-Time Relators. Being first-time home buyers, we were a bit weary of the process, but this faded the moment we met Frank. To begin with, he is very welcoming and makes you feel like family. We had plenty of questions about the process and Frank listened and answered thoroughly. He has a wealth of knowledge which gave us an upper hand in this very competitive market.
